The 124,145 S.F. new high school & gymnasium has 41 split systems totaling 108 tons, 3 outside air units, 6 ductless split systems. The 1400 s.f. classroom addition and gymnasium renovations to the middle school consists of 2 split systems      totaling 6 tons and 2 packaged heat pumps.

Lowndes High School-New Gymnasium

This new 165,528 s.f. gymnasium facility uses a 210 ton chill water system complete with 3 indoor central station air handlers, 12 fan coil units, hot water and electric unit heaters and a DDC Control System.

Pine Grove Middle School

This new 140,000 s.f. middle school will have 40 roof top units totaling 283.5 tons, 51 wall mounted heat pumps totaling
138.5 tons and 3 PTACS.

Martin Stadium Renovations-Lowndes High School

Renovation of existing concessions and bathrooms along with a   new building for the football locker rooms. The HVAC consists of   wall mount heat pumps with wall mounted humidstat/thermostats, ductless split systems with wall mounted controllers, heaters and exhaust fans.

Valdosta State University Athletic Facility
Valdosta, Georgia

This 40,000 s.f. facility will be home to Valdosta State's athletic departments and is cooled b y a 171 Ton Chill Water system and heated by a 15,000 BTU Electric Boiler system; all controlled by a DDC control system.

A New West Gordon Elementary School

West Gordon replaced S.L. Mason Elementary School but kept the name S.L. Mason Elementary School.
This HVAC in this 125,000 s.f. new elementary school has 409 tons total of air conditioning consisting of 67 wall mount heat pumps, 3 outside air units and 16 split systems.

VSU Oak Street & Sustella Parking Garages
Valdosta, Georgia

Two parking structures, which totals 2,000 spaces.

Sustella (top) consists of 10,000 s.f. office space for parking department and recreational department in which the air conditioning will be a 40 Ton Chill water system controlled with a DDC control system.

Oak Street Deck (bottom)consists of 20,000 s.f. office space for Auxillary Services and Public Safety will run off of an entirely different system containing an 80 ton DX Cooling System with VAV boxes, 4 minisplit units, and 4 computer room units equaling 15 tons, all of which is controlled with a DDC Control system.

VSU Fine Arts Gallery Renovations

Westside Elementary School

This 112,565 s.f. new elementary school and a 13,889 s.f. renovated gymnasium and Assembly area has an HVAC system containing a 391 Ton Chill water system, 102 terminals units, 5 modular air handlers, and a UDS Kitchen Hood System. DDC controls are used to regulate this system.
