Renovation of existing concessions and bathrooms along with a new building for the football locker rooms. The HVAC consists of wall mount heat pumps with wall mounted humidstat/thermostats, ductless split systems with wall mounted controllers, heaters and exhaust fans.
Valdosta State University Athletic Facility

This 40,000 s.f. facility will be home to Valdosta State's athletic departments and is cooled b y a 171 Ton Chill Water system and heated by a 15,000 BTU Electric Boiler system; all controlled by a DDC control system.
A New West Gordon Elementary School

This HVAC in this 125,000 s.f. new elementary school has 409 tons total of air conditioning consisting of 67 wall mount heat pumps, 3 outside air units and 16 split systems.
VSU Oak Street & Sustella Parking Garages

Sustella (top) consists of 10,000 s.f. office space for parking department and recreational department in which the air conditioning will be a 40 Ton Chill water system controlled with a DDC control system.
Oak Street Deck (bottom)consists of 20,000 s.f. office space for Auxillary Services and Public Safety will run off of an entirely different system containing an 80 ton DX Cooling System with VAV boxes, 4 minisplit units, and 4 computer room units equaling 15 tons, all of which is controlled with a DDC Control system.
