(1x annual gross pay) for all full time employees after ninety consective work days of employment.
*After 1 full year of full time employment, employee receives 1 week paid vacation.
*Retirement program offered and explained upon hiring.
*Criminal Background check is performed during application process.

*Weekly Safety Meetings are held at office and jobsites.
